I couldn’t be more pleased with Laughing Pets. I have used the service several times to check in on my two cats while I’m out of town. The sitters are communicative and send daily updates and pictures. Using this service has brought me relief from worry about how my cats are doing when I’m away and I look forward to the pictures and updates. The owner is knowledgeable about pets in general and thorough from the beginning. There is an in person meet and greet and detailed profile of your pets. Once the service has a key to your place, repeated service is super simple. They use an app for you to pay, send messages, and schedule services. It couldn’t be more easy. Karen and her staff at Laughing Pets are absolutely the best! She is very diligent on the front end to get to know you and your pet. We have had great experiences with the dog walkers for daily walks and out of town care. The app makes it so easy to communicate with the staff.
